4,300 people. Everything changing. I became a face, a voice and a constant.
  • Helped lead the carve-out of an enterprise of 4,300+ people, across 90+ locations, four businesses, from Bosch to PE ownership under Triton Partners, as part of the Extended Management Team (EMT)
  • Held employee attrition to under 10% globally through the entire announcement-to-close window; customer relationships held through blackout periods
  • Built the new group brand from minimal investment; made an unprecedented licence agreement happen against all odds, after three failed attempts with the CEO, when everyone else has given up
  • Grew a new company LinkedIn channel from zero to 15,000+ followers in under three months
  • Carve-out lead for change management, corporate communications, branding, marketing, and sales excellence / go-to-market; also supported IT user migration
  • Started as Director for Marketing Excellence, promoted to VP including Sales Excellence within a year

Bosch wasn't on the radar for HMI. We built a showcar that made the technology impossible to ignore.
  • Pioneered a concept-car vision implementation, built with a small team in just 4 months, drawing such a crowd at CES the booth could barely hold it
  • Rolled out Slack years before workplace chat tools went mainstream
  • Won multiple CES Innovation Awards for our products every year during my marketing leadership there
  • Led two more showcars and a show truck in the years that followed

International Communications Manager - EMEA Lead

Corporate had 120 specialists. Some countries had one communicator doing it all. I gave them the skills, tools and access to operate at the same standard.
  • Managed 50+ multi-tiered communications experts across 19 countries, including brand, budget, campaign, and agency oversight
  • Designed, organized, and led the biennial Global Communicators' Meeting (150 participants, incl. Bosch CEO/C-level)
  • Part of the project team for the biennial Bosch Automotive Press Briefing (300 journalists, 10+ countries); improvised a fix that kept the event on air after an unexpected mobile signal outage threatened to take live coverage down entirely
  • Led customer communications during Bosch's response to the 2011 Japan tsunami
  • Designed and built a 3-day communications training program, training ~100 colleagues in its first two years. 15 years later, its original structure is still in use, with only the content evolving.

Bosch needed to speak Toyota's language on four continents. I wrote the course that taught them how.
  • Cross-divisional management of global sales and marketing activities for the Toyota account; customer strategy development and global business plan analysis
  • Established and rolled out "Toyota Way" training for Bosch associates on 4 continents
  • Designated lead on customer events and key account work for the other Japanese OEMs (JOEMs), alongside the Toyota account
  • Led the Bosch Centennial project, concept design and execution
  • Led the Bosch Triple Anniversary event, a 500-person C-level event delivered with a creative agency; when the 2011 tsunami hit, rerouted the event's funds and strategy into disaster relief, including making a kindergarten in Fukushima happen

Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Key Account Toyota Europe

Months were spent negotiating tiny price movements. I built a ±5% rule that focused the work where it actually mattered.
  • Designed a raw-material cost model that eliminated annual price negotiations when movements stayed within ±5%, making the process 20% more efficient. The approach won Toyota Europe's Cost-Effectiveness Supplier Award and was subsequently rolled out to all other suppliers.
  • Introduced and professionalized a CRM system, driving double-digit growth in leads and a 10%+ increase in customer satisfaction.

First female referee to officiate a men's lacrosse world championship. Assistant Tournament Director for the largest World Lacrosse Championships ever held (logistics for 46 national delegations), and Tournament Director for the European Women's Lacrosse Championship, stepping in mid-event to run it. Two decades in the sport: on the field, on the mic, behind the scenes.
